Why Stone?
 Stone was formed in 2003 to focus on building individual homes of quality.  A family company, we have been involved in property development, renovation and interior design for many years, and now bring that experience and skill to bear on the building of new individual homes.

Stone builds only one or two houses a year, so each one is a labour of love, getting our full attention and commitment.  Our houses are usually sold whilst being built, so the buyer has the opportunity to influence the design, making the finsihed build truly bespoke.

Standards & Quality
 Because at Stone we only build a small number of homes at a time, each property gets our undivided attention, and each property is unique. 

The beauty of our new house builds is in the specification and attention to detail, and we work with our clients as far as possible to customise the choices made to suit their individual requirements.

Our workmanship is guaranteed by the NHBC, and we use highly trained specialists whereever possible.

 Stone doesn't build houses, we create homes.  We bring many years experience in design, detailing and more to work together with each individual client to produce the new home that is just right for them.
